Our product was designed, illustrated and fulfilled in Canada by women owned Canadian small businesses. Given the complexity of our product (wide, large pockets) no Canadian producer was able to meet our product specs (trust us, we searched high and low!). We’ve partnered with a responsible company in China to produce our books.

Where is your product made?
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies depending on where you live and how many books you purchase. When 3 or more books are purchased shipping is always free. Please note that we do not ship to PO boxes.
Do you offer the book in other colours?
Not at this time but it’s in our future plans!
Why is the grade left blank?
We’ve left the grade black because we recognize that different geographies have different grading systems. Also, we wanted you to be able to use the pages/pockets in the best way that suits you. For example, if you started documenting your child’s journey in grade 3, you could use multiple pockets for certain grades.

What should I store in the pockets?
Great question - we recommend class pictures, report cards, awards, sentimental letters/cards and maybe a piece of art or two. Here’s more information about how to use our book:
A hardcover, spiral-bound book with 15 pockets, one for each year of school from nursery to grade 12.
The front and back of each envelope have been thoughtfully designed with prompts to help you record the details of your child’s year. We’ve left the school grade blank on each page so you can start at any point and/or use multiple pages for one grade.
Affix your child’s class picture to the space provided and capture their signature throughout the years.
Store important documents for that year in the envelope. The envelopes are meant to store a few key pieces from their school year but are not meant to store everything! Be selective (report card, class picture, awards, sentimental notes, one or two pieces of art)
Hand the book over to your child when they’re old enough to take it on themself!
Filling it all out is too much to do? Don’t sweat it..place your favourite items in the envelope, at least you saved it in the right place!
Why not a digital product?
We wanted a product that you and your child could do together - that’s really hard with a digital product. We also think that a physical product is more exciting to kids and captures elements that you cannot capture in digital (e.g., your kid’s handwriting).
What’s your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original box. There is no processing fee, however, you are responsible for the cost of shipping. Once your item is received, we will promptly issue you a refund.

Damages and issues

Do you ship to the United States?
We are starting to ship to some areas of the US. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery if you live outside of Canada. Please reach out to us if you have any questoins at info@maviememories.com
